These terms govern your use of the Isura app and website, operated by Tunga AI Ltd (“Isura”, “we”, “us”), Nairobi, Kenya. Isura is a marketplace that connects renters with verified partners offering car rentals, airport transfers, hotels, and stays. By using Isura you agree to these terms.
1. Using Isura
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
2. Bookings and payments
When you book, you agree to the price and conditions shown for that listing. Payments are made via M-Pesa. Funds are held in escrow and released to the partner after pick-up is confirmed. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and include VAT where applicable.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on timing and are shown on each listing before you book. Approved refunds are returned to the M-Pesa number you paid with, typically within 1 to 3 business days.
4. Partners and listings
Partners are independent providers responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the condition and legality of their vehicles and services. Partners must complete verification and comply with all applicable Kenyan laws and licensing requirements.
5. Conduct and liability
Treat vehicles and property with care and follow the partner's terms. Isura is a marketplace connecting renters and partners and is not the provider of the underlying rental or service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and disputes between renters and partners are primarily resolved between those parties, with Isura's support where appropriate.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraud, or create risk for other users.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. For questions, contact us at support@isura.co.ke.
